
Healing after narcissistic abuse is something we aren’t meant to do alone. Being in a room with others who understand — who have lived the confusion, the self-doubt, the grief, and the slow rebuilding of self — can be deeply soothing to the nervous system. This is a private, moderated weekly Zoom gathering where we gently open topics that support healing and reclamation. Everyone is welcome to share or simply listen. There is no advice-giving; instead, we share what has helped us, what hasn’t, and what we are still learning. It is a soft, respectful, confidential space. This group is free and meets every Wednesday at 12:00 PM Eastern. For the safety and emotional well-being of everyone, registration and agreement to our community safety guidelines are required before joining.
