
Healing after narcissistic abuse is a journey best undertaken with support. Being in a healing support group with others who truly understand the confusion, self-doubt, grief, and the gradual process of rebuilding oneself can be profoundly soothing for the nervous system. Our private, moderated weekly Zoom community meetings provide a gentle space where we can discuss topics that facilitate healing and reclamation. Everyone is welcome to either share their experiences or simply listen. We refrain from giving advice; instead, we focus on sharing what has helped us, what hasn't, and what we are still learning. This is a soft, respectful, and confidential environment. The group is free and meets every Wednesday at 12:00 PM Eastern. For the safety and emotional well-being of everyone involved, registration and agreement to our community safety guidelines are required prior to joining.
